Thanks for making 2013's run a great one!

A great run was had by all earlier today, thanks to everyone for coming out, all the runners for supporting a good cause, and all the volunteers for their great help. We've posted some photos from the run to our Facebook page.

Pre-registration packet pick up tonight

If you pre-registered for the run, you can pick-up your race packet tonight from 6:30-8 pm at Yogis, located in the McMinnville Community Center on Evans street.

Pre-registration closed, Day-of registration still available

We've closed up the pre-registration form on this site as we need a couple days to gather all the names and prepare race packets, but fear not if you still want to participate in the Discover Spring run you can still sign up (cash or check only, please) on Saturday morning before the race begins.

Pre-registration is almost over

We're leaving pre-registration open for another week or so leading up to the day of the run. Unfortunately, we will no longer be offering t-shirts with registrations, in order to have them printed on time. We may have a few for sale on the day of the event.

Call for Volunteers

We are always looking for volunteers to help steer runners along the course and help with registration. If you're interested in helping out, we have a volunteer signup here.

Chip Timing Added

This year we will be offering chip-based timing for runners. This will let you know your exact time when crossing the start and finish lines as well as splits in between.

Registration for 2013 is now open!

If you'd like to register for this year's upcoming run, you can do it online. All pre-registered runners will get a t-shirt included with their fees.

Information

What

Discover Spring is a 5k/10k and Children's Fun Run event that is also a fundraiser for the non-profit McMinnville Montessori School.

Where

Discovery Meadows Park in McMinnville, Oregon (google maps). Parking is available at the Columbus Elementary School next door.

When

Date: April 20th, 2013

Times: 5k/10k start time is 9:00 AM
Kids Fun Run start time is 10:30 AM

Day-of onsite registration (5k/10k): 7:30-8:45 AM
Kids Fun Run registration runs until 10:00 AM

Cost

Kids run: $10 (includes cotton t-shirt).

5k/10k Adults (18+): $32 (includes technical t-shirt).
5k/10k youth (under 18): $15 (includes cotton t-shirt).
Note: Day-of onsite registration will be same price, but without t-shirts included, cash and check only please.
